Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: 26 August 2026

My21Reset is lifestyle material. It is not medical advice. It does not stand in for your GP or another qualified clinician. We do not diagnose, treat or cure illness. Nothing in a plan is meant to take the place of talking to your doctor.

No health claims

We do not promise an outcome. That includes weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, energy, or any other marker. You receive a vegetarian meal timetable and optional movement. What follows depends on factors we cannot see and cannot control.

The plan is not a clinically assessed diet and it is not certified against a nutrition standard. We do not total calories, macronutrients or vitamins, and we do not test the plan against a medical nutrition brief. If you need food planned around a medical need, that work belongs to a registered dietitian, not to this product.

Who should not buy

Do not purchase. Speak to your GP instead if:

  • you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
  • a doctor or dietitian is already looking after your diet or your exercise
  • you are living with, or recovering from, an eating disorder
  • you are under 18

A 21-day structured menu is the wrong purchase if eating already feels difficult. Beat offers a free, confidential helpline at beateatingdisorders.org.uk. They are equipped for that; we are not.

Speak to your doctor first if you are

  • about to change your diet in a significant way
  • about to begin a new exercise habit
  • about to stop, start or alter any medicine
  • living with an underlying health condition, and intending to follow the plan
  • pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, and intending to follow the plan

Prescriptions and conditions you already have

Keep taking prescribed medicine unless your own doctor tells you otherwise. We never advise dropping or swapping a prescription. We never say that a change of meals can stand in for one. Medication decisions sit with you and your doctor. Food can change how some drugs work, which is a further reason to tell your GP what you intend to do.

The same applies to any condition already under treatment. The plan comes from a short form. It does not know your history, your blood tests, or your prescriptions.

Allergies and intolerances

We do not take an allergy history. We do not assess allergy risk. The order form asks which foods you would rather skip, and we take reasonable care to keep those items off the menu and the shopping lists. That is a preference, not a safety check. Nobody reviews the plan for allergen safety, traces or cross-contamination.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, do not treat the plan as safe. Read every recipe and every ingredient before you shop or eat, and get advice from your GP or an allergy specialist.

That last check applies whether you have an allergy or not. Pack recipes change without warning. Factories often handle more than one ingredient. Read the label before you buy or eat.

Exercise

Walks and workout sessions in the plan are optional. You join in at your own risk.

Ask your GP before a new exercise habit. Begin more gently than feels necessary. Stop a movement that hurts. End the session if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell.

  • shortness of breath
  • severe dizziness or fainting
  • any significant new or worsening symptom
