Terms of Service

1. The seller and the product
my21reset is the trading name of Rikian Capital Ltd(“we”, “us”). The company is registered in England and Wales as number 17349137. The registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA.
The product is a personalised 21-day vegetarian reset plan. The price is £49. You can look at week 1 before paying. That figure is the full charge. We are not VAT-registered at present, so VAT is not added on top.
After payment we send, by email, a PDF, printable shopping lists, and an .ics calendar file for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook. You will need software that opens a PDF. For the timetable you will need a calendar that accepts .ics. There is no app and no user account.
File links work for 30 days. The generated plan stays on our systems for 90 days from the purchase date. Save the files when they arrive. After those windows we may not be able to reissue them.
You pay once. This is not a subscription. Nothing rolls over and there is no membership to end.
The Medical Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy are part of this contract.
2. Who may buy
Buyers must be 18 or over. The plan is for the person named on the order, not for someone else.
Do not purchase if any of the following is true:
- pregnancy, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
- you are already seeing a doctor or dietitian about diet or exercise
- a current or recent eating disorder
- you are younger than 18
In those cases, talk to your GP before spending money here. Beat runs a free, confidential helpline at beateatingdisorders.org.uk.
Finishing checkout means you confirm that none of the points above apply and that you have read the Medical Disclaimer.
We can refuse or cancel an order and repay the full amount if we reasonably think it is fraudulent, meant for resale, or that the limits you listed make a workable plan impossible.
3. This is not medical advice
The plan is lifestyle material. It does not replace your GP or another qualified clinician. We do not diagnose, treat or cure illness. We do not claim any effect on weight, cholesterol, blood pressure or other health markers.
Ask your GP before you change what you eat, begin exercise, or alter medication. The Medical Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.
We do not guarantee an outcome. You receive a vegetarian meal timetable and optional movement. Whether you follow it, and what follows from that, sits outside our control.
4. How the plan is put together
Recipes and workouts come from our own library. Software, which may include an AI model, helps pick and timetable those items using the answers on your form.
A person at my21reset does not check each plan before it is sent. The output is not a clinically assessed diet and is not certified against any nutrition standard. We do not promise particular calorie, macronutrient or vitamin totals.
Read the plan before you follow it. Our AI supplier is not allowed to train models on your information. Details sit in the Privacy Policy.
5. Foods you ask us to leave out
The form lets you name foods you would rather skip. We take reasonable care to keep those items off the menu and the shopping lists.
That box is a preference list. We do not take an allergy history, we do not assess allergy risk, and we do not test the plan for traces or cross-contamination. If you have an allergy or intolerance, treat the plan as a draft only. Check every recipe and every packet yourself, and take advice from your GP or an allergy specialist.
You still have to read labels. Recipes on packs change, and factories often handle more than one ingredient. Do not eat something until you have checked the packet.
The form answers are yours to get right. The plan is built from what you wrote. A food you never named cannot be left out.
6. Walking and workouts
The plan may suggest walks and optional sessions at home or in a gym. They are ideas, not orders. You join in at your own risk.
Ask your GP before a new exercise habit, especially with a medical condition, an injury, or a long gap since you last trained. Begin gently. Stop a movement that hurts. Stop the whole session if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell.
7. Cooling-off, our promise, and statute
(a) Cooling-off. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 usually give 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. This plan is made and sent at once, so checkout asks you to confirm two points: that you want us to start immediately, and that you accept the cooling-off right ends when we start. If you confirm both, cancellation ends when generation begins. We note that confirmation in the order email. If you want to keep the 14 days, email us before paying and we will wait until they run out.
(b) Our promise. If a food you asked us to skip still appears, if the files are damaged or unreadable, or if nothing arrives, write to hello@my21reset.com. We will rebuild the plan at no charge, or repay you in full if you would rather that. Tell us promptly so we can fix it.
(c) Statute. Paragraph (b) does not replace your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The plan must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a price reduction. These terms do not cut those rights back.
8. Licence
The recipes, workouts, lists, calendar file, PDF and layout belong to us, or we are licensed to use them.
Payment gives you a personal licence that is not exclusive and cannot be passed on. You may print the plan. You may show it to people in your home, your GP or your dietitian.
You may not sell it, post it in public, put it on a shared site, feed it into a product, dataset or model, or use it for business. Doing so lets us end the licence.
9. Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Apart from that, our total liability arising from this contract, in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is the amount you paid for the plan.
We are not liable for loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen at purchase, for lost profit, income, business or opportunity, or for loss from using the plan in a business. The plan is for private use.
10. Personal information
We use what you give us to make and support the plan. The Privacy Policy explains how, and it forms part of these terms.
To obtain a copy, or to ask for a correction or deletion, email hello@my21reset.com.
11. If something is wrong
Email hello@my21reset.com. We respond within five working days and aim to close complaints within 14. We do not belong to an alternative dispute resolution scheme at present. You can still take the dispute to court.
12. Later editions of these terms
The version on this page at the moment you paid is the one that binds that order. Later buyers may see a different version. The date at the top is the last edit.
13. Assigning the contract
We may pass our rights and duties under these terms to another business, for example if my21reset is sold or reorganised. We will notify you. Your rights will not shrink as a result. You need our agreement before you pass yours on.
14. Third parties
Only you and we can enforce this contract. Nobody else gains rights under it.
15. Events we cannot reasonably prevent
If something beyond our reasonable control blocks delivery, we will say so and either send the plan when we can or repay you in full.
16. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring a claim there as well. If you live outside the UK, you still have any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
